Sauces

Our sauces are very fresh, with products such as “Pesto Genovese” and “Salsa di Noci”, we use simple, fresh ingredients. All our recipes are additive free, meaning they can only be stored for a limited period of time, which is why our production date is printed on each and every jar.

The “Pesto Genovese”, produced according to the historical recipe of Novella, with basilico Genovese D.O.P. is the perfect seasoning for trofie; the “Salsa di Noci” with first choice walnuts, is fantastic with pansoti; “U Tuccu” cooked for more than four hours with fresh herbs, carrots and onions, gives a huge taste to fresh pasta such as taglierini and ravioli. “Pesto Mediterraneo” match perfectly with trofie and trenette avvantaggê ( whole wheat flour) or it’s goes very well with the bruschetta bread for a simple and tasty aperitif.
